Situated at 1080 Broadway, this hotel offers visitors a taste of local charm wrapped in modern convenience. Its 3.8-star rating reflects a balanced mix of comfort and authenticity, appealing to travelers seeking an immersive urban experience.

Guests often praise the warm and attentive staff who ensure a welcoming stay. The hotel's inviting chill bar and outdoor patio create relaxed social spaces, fostering a true sense of community. Nearby, the 24-hour deli adds practical convenience for late-night needs.

Rooms are described as cozy and spacious, with clean bathrooms stocked with necessary toiletries. However, subtle drawbacks like thin walls and occasional noise from the lively bar downstairs highlight the hotel’s energetic, urban character. The absence of a mini fridge is compensated by the staff’s flexibility, a thoughtful detail appreciated by visitors managing special needs. Street parking, while available, requires some patience in this bustling city setting.

Hotel RL Brooklyn shines in its location. I stood here for 3 weeks due to home renovations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Anytime I needed something I’d call the front desk and they’d bring it right up. They have a nice chill bar and a chill outside area. 24hr deli next door. The cons: No mini fridge, which at least they allowed me to bring my own for my insulin so I appreciate that. Super thin walls so you can hear it ALL, if you catch my drift. Very unsettling for my younger siblings but hey it’s a hotel, it happens. Parking is extremely difficult to find but that’s NY for you. It’s either pay meters or take a few turns around the blocks and hope to find something close enough. It’s definitely not the safest area but again, it’s NY. Honestly the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the only thing that bothered me was the sheets. Every single bed sheet, towel, and pillowcase had stains. I would highly suggest the hotel upgrade and bring in new ones because it is does leave some sort of discomfort and feeling as if they weren’t properly washed or are just ready to be tossed away. Aside from that one major issue, the hotel is really nice and cozy and a nice little getaway.

Location is nice and has a karaoke bar and back patio for guest use. Room and bathroom was a good size but cleanliness was an issue. No problems with bedding, just dusty shelves and stained walls. All in all good for what it's giving, and great for a quick stay.

This was an interesting experience. One thing to note is there is no parking garage. So it's street parking only. I found a spot no problem, but I could see it being an issue. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The pictures are accurate. The bar downstairs gets really loud at night. I could hear it in my room. It wasn't disturbing though. The immediate area was a little sketchy, but if you walk a few blocks it gets nicer. There's some really good food around.

The room was clean and cozy. The shower was nice, and there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in there. Front desk people were all really friendly! The noise from the bar at night was kind of loud but not enough to keep me from getting to sleep.
